How do I place an order for a cake?
To place an order, simply fill out the enquiry form with as much detail as possible. I’ll help you determine the perfect size, flavour, and design for your cake based on your preferences and the occasion. After that, we can finalize the details and get your order confirmed!
How much notice do you need for an order?
I recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for custom or larger cakes. However, it’s always best to give as much notice as possible, particularly during wedding season, when demand is higher. If you have a last-minute request, feel free to get in touch, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Can I choose the flavour of my cake?
Absolutely! I offer a range of delicious flavours, including chocolate, vanilla, lemon, and more. You can choose the flavour that best suits your taste and I can also offer recommendations based on your preferences. If you’d like something special, feel free to ask!

How do I know what size cake I need?
You can provide an estimate of how many people you’d like the cake to serve and I’ll help you choose the right size. Don’t worry if you're unsure - we’ll figure it out together based on the number of guests and the type of event!

Do you offer cake delivery?
All orders are collection only unless specified otherwise. For wedding cakes, delivery is included in the cost and will be detailed in the wedding cake quote. I also offer delivery for larger orders, with a delivery charge that will be included in the quote based on your location.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
I currently offer vegan cakes for those with dietary restrictions. Please let me know when placing your order if you require a vegan option, and I’ll ensure your cake is made to suit your needs.

What is your pricing for cakes?
I have a price list for my three ranges of cupcake bouquets and cupcakes, which can be accessed via the menu bar on the website. For cakes, the pricing starts from a base price and varies depending on the design complexity, size and flavour. Once you provide the details of your order, I’ll send you a tailored quote based on your specific requirements.

Can I order a custom-designed cake?
Of course! I specialise in creating custom cakes that are uniquely designed to fit your occasion. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or another special event, I’ll work with you to design the perfect cake that matches your theme and style.

How do I store my cake?
To ensure your cake stays fresh, store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. If you have leftover cake, you can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. For longer storage, you can also keep the cake in the freezer for up to 3 months—just make sure to wrap it tightly to preserve its freshness.

Do you offer cake toppers?
Yes, I offer custom cake toppers for all occasions. However, wherever possible and depending on the design, I prefer my cakes to be completely edible. I believe a cake decorator’s work should be entirely edible, so I avoid using non-edible items on my cakes whenever possible. If you have a specific topper in mind, let me know and I’ll work with you to create a beautiful and edible topper that complements your cake design.
